De distilleerderij werd opgericht door Convalmore-Glenlivet Distillers Co. Ltd en werd in 1904 verkocht aan W&P Lowrie & Co. Ltd. In 1925 ging de distilleerderij over naar Scottish Malt Distillers en The Distillers Company”
